Photography fee for Senior portrait Session is $250 and covers up to one hour on location, additional hours are $200 per hour. 

Fee includes:

• Two outfits at one location
• Phone consultation, to discuss outfits, location, date, time and and learn about you and your ideas.
• 2 to 4 days after our photo session, we will coordinate a viewing/order session and I will guide you on selecting a combination of images for your wall art Gallery 
• A print credit of $100 is applied towards any wall print orders placed at our ordering session.

SENIOR SESSION AGREEMENT

PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed up to an hour of shooting time.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but payment is transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).

WEATHER: If sessions need to be canceled due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.

Model Release:  Client understands that the Photographer, Patrick Broderick, retains the copyright of all images and reserves his right or that of his assignees, as a result of this assignment for any promotional, and/or advertising, and/or publicity, and/or editorial purposes for any trade album, video, print, display, publications or by any other form of media. The images or adaptations, if used, shall in no way be derogatory to the subject(s) and will be used only in the most reputable manner. I further agree to not hold Patrick Broderick or any of his agents liable in any way.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions.
